FCC Fighting Over CALEA

A request for stay of the FCC CALEA order was filed on 11/23 by attorneys representing the following 10 organizations: the Center for Democracy & Technology, the American Library Association, the Association of College and Research Libraries, the Association of Research Libraries, the Association For Community Networking, the Champaign Urbana Community Wireless Network, the Texas Internet Service Providers Association, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, the Electronic Privacy Information Center and pulver.com. The DOJ ain't happy.
