Vonage Turns Down $1.5B

Andy and Om are talking about the impending sale of Vonage - and that BST may be the buyer. I agree with Andy that Vonage is nothing more than a marketing dept. and I speculate if that 1M subscriber number isn't a fantasy, since the churn rate at Vonage is huge (by any standards). Some speculated that Sprint's lawsuit was just a feint towards a purchase. We'll wait and see.
